The first fifteen minutes or so of a White House round table meeting. Promising news about more transparency in drug and hospital pricing and more choices in health plans for sole proprietors and small businesses. Interesting story of how the Sec. of HHS Azar had a run in with his own doctor and a hospital.

Is it my imagination, or is Trump turning out more and more of these self-promotional videos, which it seems to me that previous presidents didn't do to this extent? They're usually so weird, because he looks so uncomfortable and tends to say vague things that indicate that he's not very knowledgeable.

Trump is the most transparent President in history. Even the presstitutes say they get much more access than they ever got from the Obama administration which was actually very secretive.

Trump doesn't micromanage like Obama, who thought he knew more than anyone in his administration. Throughout his career, Trump has liked to hear from people with opposing viewpoints so he could learn all the angles before deciding. He isn't threatened by people who know more about a particular subject than he does because he is The Boss and makes the final decision.

Of course, I can understand why people who are so tied to their false image of Trump created by Leftist media might be frightened when they hear the truth directly and have to think for themselves.

Are you serious? Most transparent?

Let's see those tax returns!

Let's see those notes from those private meetings with Putin! Oh, wait - we can't, can we?

Let's see him sit down for an interview with Mueller!

By the way, most presidents listen to people with opposing viewpoints, but most presidents don't take action based on pleas from tawdry celebrities like Kardashians, and most presidents aren't so easily manipulated as to agree with whoever the most recent speaker is, as Trump is said, by many, to do.

Ninety percent of the people who saw his tax returns wouldn't understand them anyway. The people screaming loudly about them most generally don't know the difference between an exemption, a deduction and a credit. Profit and loss and carry-overs would be Greek hieroglyphics to the general public and we all know it.

Excuse me, but that's irrelevant.

First, we should see the tax returns because it's become traditional, and because the mere willingness to show them would ideally indicate that the president is "not a crook."

Second, luckily we don't have to understand them, because we still have a free press for the moment, and we can hope for experts. I'm particularly fond of David Cay Johnston, a tax expert who has been scrutinizing Trump's finances for years. I'd love to hear what he has to say. If you ever see him being interviewed on television, take a look.

That’s OK. There are people who can “read” them to us. Let’s see them.

Trump actually wanted to sit down with Mueller to answer questions. His lawyer John Dowd blew a gasket because he believed that a)Mueller would lay a perjury trap. "It's what you do," (paraphrase) he told Mueller. Dowd actually ended up resigning over the issue.

It's in Woodward's book 'Fear.'
