Washington Times is reporting that Nathan Phillips is too young to have served in Vietnam.

I’ll wait for the official record before I comment.

According to multiple news accounts, the activist is 64 years old, which means he would have been 18 years old in 1973, the last year any U.S. combat units were stationed in Vietnam. Mr. Phillips also claims to be a Marine veteran, although the last Marine combat units left Vietnam in 1971.

I was thinking the same thing. He is too young to have served in Vietnam, let alone 2 tours. My guess is he wouldn't hold up well to much scrutiny. Then again he likely knows the major media aren't about to question his background as it wouldn't fit the agenda.

Guess what you and lefty can do with that stretch?

Based on comments in the BluegrassPreps message board, the intent of the black body paint was not racial but was instead a school tradition related to “black out” games, during which fans wore black to support the team.

More people ought to be really angry about this. It’s s trifecta of wrongs bestowed upon a bunch of children by a bunch of adults. I’m so disgusted by this.

One kid in body paint from 2012 is what they are clinging to now.

I can blame them. After communicating with one of the mods in question a couple hours ago it's clear just how little thought goes into decisions to lock threads. Mostly they just do because they can. I guess it's fun to exercise that power.
