Was watching the Vice channel and saw a documentary on the Russian heroin and other drug problems. Russia has a 4,000 mile border bordering several nation's adjacent to heroin producing nation's and Islamic terrorists. Some estimates have a very large segment of the entire Russian population is addicted to heroin. If any nation could use a Wall to keep heroin and terrorists out it would be Russia. Interesting, have the Russians called for a Wall?
I think they're comfortable with the prospect of losing their bottom 25% to drugs and alcohol. They don't seem too concerned about losing the weaker members of their society, nor do they express much sympathy to their plight.
As for a wall along Russia's border... They don't have the manpower to do it. Their entire economy is about the size of California's.
Let's be honest the Russians couldn't afford a wall.
