What is a strength of many conservatives (that they can be loyal) is also a weakness (that they can be blindly loyal).
Not only with Trump, but in general, you see the "base sticking together" more than Democrats sometimes do.
Maybe because of Rush Limbaugh, Sean Hannity, etc. feeding them pro-Republican monologues all the time.
Many hard core liberal young people leave many of those ideas on the doorsteps of the Utopian Studies Departments when they leave college but conservatives have talk radio feeding them well into Oldster-hood.

When a large chunk of Trump's inner circle is in jail, served time or has been indicted, isn't that an obvious factual clue that the entire Trump White House is crooked, corrupt and criminal, including the president himself?
What's it going to take for conservatives to finally admit that Trump is a corrupt con man and Republicans should no longer support him?

Trump has a powerful news media outlet on his side. Fox which represents corporate interests more than the rest has indoctrinated millions in much the same way that Goebbels convinced Germans to form the SA.

The accusation is that he's a con man, right? The only people I see calling him that are the leftwingers who have made up 100 other lies about him. But the one thing that can be easily verified by all is whether he's kept his campaign promises. He has. Well, con men don't keep their promises, so I can only conclude his leftwing critics are lying about him again.

Atlantic City being a complete ****hole is what turned it into a ghost town, it was a ghost town and a **** hole long before Trump invested in a casino there.
Yet somehow many other towns (Pittsburgh, etc.) that were down and out came back for good.
I know the record. Every bit of it. I have pictures of myself at 5 years old in the surf in Atlantic City and my family has owned property there for 55 years. Many even moved nearby and worked in Casinos and Construction.
I was there. Trump owned a VAST part of the Casinos and took the taxpayers, bondholders, contractors and everyone else for Billions. He also lost most all of his own money....
Nuances, my man, nuances. The place may have not been a dump but it was an inexpensive dump that didn't lose vast amounts of money.....
Finally, just this year, the place is starting to turn around. The Trump Dump lasted 14+ years...
