I used a variation of your query; googled "how" to impeach Pelosi and got the same results as you did on Bing, plus a few more.

Very common to get different results from search engines by changing a few words.

It strikes you as odd that a search that includes Pelosi's name and impeached brings up a lotof current stuff where she is asked if Trump can be impeached?

Just for the heck of it I tried it out - with different results.

With your search string I got two of your three hits on pages 1 and 3 of GOOGLE.
The search string "impeach pelosi" came up with two of your hits plus two more on pages 1 and 2.

Maybe BING was better in figuring out the syntax but GOOGLE was hardly suppressing results.
