she can't deliver........she wants the Obama coalition and she needs to throw the Latinos a bone for their votes in the primary and later in general to later throw them under the bus as Obama did.
What difference does it make? She'll never be a serious candidate. The Willie Brown interview regarding his relationship with her was a message for her to have fun, but don't take things too seriously. Come to think of it, it was also a message to those of us commenting on her. She's just another mouth in the Senate. The Ted Cruz of the democrats.

It's nothing but candidate BS!
She is going to throw out nonsense after nonsense just to see what sticks. She wouldn't stand a chance of winning if she maintains a platform of $4-5T a year added debt, raising EVERYONE's taxes in the process.
This reminds me of 1983 when Mondale ran on a similar platform and got his ass handed to him.

I honestly don't think even her base expects her to actually delivery on those. If she meets them halfway - expands medicare instead of having it for all, etc. They'd consider that a huge win.
