Words have meaning. This system is prohibiting things. One can argue that other systems do also but this one is suppose to be Christ centered. I disagree that it is. At best it's Old Testament centered and at worse it's hate centered.

How, exactly, were they "disobeying" the church?? Or the babies born to infected mothers? Or the people that contracted the virus through shoddy medical procedures? I said illicit sex was the root cause of HIV and AIDS. Every example you listed had its root, either directly or indirectly, in an act of illicit sex as defined as 'sex other than that in a married hetero relationship" which is the Catholic Chruch's only acceptable situation for sex. Yw, althought Medishare, which is advertised on Rush isn't quite as good as Samaritan, in my view. Samaritan is cheaper, and payments go directly to other members and not a central location.
