That is classic race baiting. He was trying to increase minority votes for him by being dishonest about his opponent. He and other Democrats think this is funny too so it is hilarious watching him squirm this week.

You know who else should resign? Whoever was in charge of opposition research for Ed Gillespie’s campaign.
