2 overrides 1 as often as it sees fit.
The house controls the bills and how our taxes are spent.

Wrong. They pass spending bills. It moves to Senate who either agrees to vote or start again. If both agree, on to POTUS who signs or vetos. Veto = back to step 1.

House is just step 1 of 3.

You talking about what the photo says, but what about what Joe Wilson yelled out, during Obama state of the union speech. The poster up thread was talking about, how disrespectful Pelosi was acting toward Trump during his speech. But look how the republicans acted towards Obama, where was the outrage then. But as usual, what's good for Trump is not good for Obama.

Most likely public pressure bent her to Trump's will. Is she serious now ?
She's lied before so its to early to be sure yet but its a sign maybe something is possible.

Pelosi says she would accept a bipartisan deal on border security

This type of post isn't helpful. Pelosi caves, Trump caves....whatever. We still had 30+ days of government shutdown where Americans lost their pay and we still have a government that is so inept that we have to build a damn wall as a result of their ineptness.

Americans lose either way.

If they did, they must have closed the government.

Study separation of powers, they just initiate things. They sign as final enacted bills nothing.

President Trump has the final say.

I don’t need to study anything. Yes he has the final say but he can’t demand where the funds should go. He can sign them or not.
