If marriage is as you stated above then what right does a state, church or that born again hypocrite in Tennessee have to prohibit them based on who wants to commit?

No one has the right to prohibit consenting adults from entering into a contract.

Banning divorce, the "Divorce industrial complex" will go in an big uproar.

OK. So how would an arbitrator enforce a contract if one of the parties disagrees with the arbitrator?
