In the days after the raid, police relieved one officer of duty in light of “ongoing questions” surrounding the Harding Street bust. His suspension came amid a probe into questions over whether the sworn affidavit used to justify the no-knock warrant may have contained false information, according to law enforcement sources.
If the FBI can use false info to get a FISA warrant against Trump why can't the Houston police use it to get a no knock warrant? It's done at the highest level so there's no reason for those at the local level to think they can't do it too.
It's looking more and more like a case of not only police misconduct/incompetence, but outright manslaughter.
So basically the cops relied on a faulty tip about drug dealing, did a no-knock raid, shot their dog, and when the homeowner exercised his right to defend his property, the cops killed him and his wife.
Of course, since the victims were white, BLM and other assorted SJW groups are nowhere to be found.

Here is the thing. When black people stand up for the lives of black people....the changes made to society, from the struggle, resonates to ALL PEOPLE! Black people do the struggling and complaining and the marching.....but in the end....ALL PEOPLE BENEFIT from those protections won by blacks.
You should be thinking that "man....black people are right".....the cops are often reckless and out of control. Maybe next time you will realize that if it happens to blacks....it likely can and will happen to whites. Thus, instead of berating blacks for standing up when these things happen to blacks.....maybe next time you will take a knee during the national anthem.
No knock warrants should be banned. If you are on your private property and your door is suddenly kicked down with no warning, why wouldn't you think you need to defend yourself with lethal force? A surge of adrenaline, fear of imminent death, and guns everywhere creates pure chaos. Innocent people have been killed by cops so many times in these situations, and yet they don't get in trouble and they get to keep doing it.
