Some one whom has clearly "made the decision" to side with an enemy should expect to pay the same consequences as any other enemy combatant .
Let the military courts rule in these matters.

I doubt she regrets her decision to follow ISIS ideology, send social media messages urging people to kill Americans and unbelievers. She knew what ISIS stood for when she burned her passport.

I'd bet she regrets that ISIS is getting pummeled and her cushy lifestyle isn't quite the same in large part due to that.

Does anyone think if ISIS was winning...that most of these defectors would not be defecting?

ISIS is a word we simply made up to carry on our fake war on terror. We pretended to have defeat Al Queda and had to have a new bad guy to blame our wars on.

ISIS is actually what the group calls themselves. We did not make it up.

If you did not even know that, I have no idea why you involve yourself on this conversation or any other regarding this subject.
