None, unless you think our politicians should act like deranged, immature idiots.

The epidemic of triggered lefties who wont discuss policy. Subsidize smart pills. (not that the right is a lot better)

Nothing, as it will all get shot down by the courts.

Yes you do

Or you would not even be on this forum.

What you are unintentionally telling us is that you know Trumpism is losing. The real right, the middle and the left are stronger bigger and not going away.

Americans don't want Trump, they don't want race hate and they don't want right wing extremists running the country.

Trump got crushed in the mid terms and he seems determined to destroy the Republican party's chances for 2020.

As I say... You care or you would not even be reading the thread nevermind trying to tell us how little you care.

NOooo it won't.. dear God.. Those in charge then will only want to make it more balanced and fair, which has been the fight, wanting to develop and maintain equality for all, the country being more accepting and loving, eliminating hatefulness and racism. It is the UNITED States, after all. If you think this would be "taking away rights" and becoming a dictatorship, you have really missed the boat. I guess when you have been indoctrinated all of your life with false notions, this is what happens to some.

It has been known to be a great country for decades, we didn't need some buffoon to make it seem that HE would make things "great again" (referring to what time period, many wonder). He has proven to not have done anything great since he arrived, making things worse, stirring up hatred and creating division, having his staff leave and steadily showing his true colors as a weak, unethical person, incapable of leadership.

The lack of health insurance affects tens of millions of Americans and is a chronic problem. So, that is the closest thing to a national emergency among these options.
Gun violence doesn`t affect most Americans? Where haven`t we seen a mass murder? Schools, churches, synagogues, malls, movie theaters, bowling alleys, workplace, etc. have all seen middle-class Americans slaughtered. Who is it that foots the bill for metal detectors everywhere and the personnel to operate them?

Oh come on. Even the average cop across the US will never fire their service weapon. If you don't live in a big city like St. Louis (on the crap side) you don't need to worry about gun violence.

The closest most of us will ever get to gun violence is knowing someone who committed suicide.

Your chances of dying in a mass shooting are less than 1%. Way less.

I would think the POTUS, with expanded powers, should tackle this issue since congress has failed to act for decades.
Yes congress has failed to act for decades, that's why the president declared a national emergency.

mandate background checks.
Background checks are already performed when buying a firearm.

Immediately ban high capacity gun ownership for private citizens. It will not infringe on the 2nd amendment as citizens will still be allowed guns just being restricted to certain types. Give owners time to turn the guns in and pay them out the present worth. Send the military out to confiscate guns from owners that do not voluntarily comply.
I don't know what a "high capacity gun" is, but your ban very likely is an infringement and would be thrown out. See United States v. Miller and District of Columbia v. Heller.
How exactly are you going to know complied and who didn't? And where do they live? Maybe their home was broken into recently and their "high capacity" guns were stolen. Your confiscation plan also violates the second, fourth, and tenth amendments.

Mandate national universal healthcare via the medicare for all option. Can come shortly after the banning of assault guns. Will take more time to implement and figure out where the money will need to taken from.
The money will need to be taken from American taxpayers, at least three trillion dollars more every year than we pay now. Are you willing to pay 3-4 times more in taxes?

Immediately ban the use of high pollution processes - including the burning of coal for energy. Redirect more transportation funds to mass transit in place of interstates. Mandate that so much energy must come from clean sources (wind, hydro, sun).
What about the 100 million or so Americans who depend on coal fired power? Mass transit won't work either, there won't be any power to run anything. Wind and solar provide intermittent, unreliable power that has to be backed up by a reliable form of generation.

But, heck, we may as well do all of them. No more need for Congress....we will just have the POTUS find "the best deals".
How can the military can be used to solve the Healthcare problem?

I'm not sure people are understanding the powers of the president or the tools at his disposal during a national emergency.

Hint: It's very limited.
