Judging by the state of our infrastructure in America today we are already "third world".

Even communist China has better public transport than we do.

Ha Ha.... the democrats and 'resisters' have done a fine job of that since 11/9/16 when they refused to acknowledge that Trump won the election. Look yourself in the mirror.

You got all that from me pointing out that the OP posted an article that they either hadn't read, or couldn't comprehend?

Sounds like you need to pick up that guitar and chill.

Yup. Dissension is about the only thing Trump is good at building.

Trump still owns lots of real estate, but he's made most of his income for years through licensing his name as a luxury brand. It's an easy and cheap way of doing business for him.

Not so. The only single unmitigated success Trump has ever had in one of his massive projects coming in on time and on budget was his first; Trump Tower.

All his other huge projects either went bankrupt or were finally finished in a much diminished fashion.

That's largely why Trump stopped trying to build new projects and turned to buying properties that were already completed.

Any of the new construction that bears the Trump name was built entirely by different management companies and individuals who are able to construct and operate a property profitably. While the Trump name does still add to the bottom line of those properties, they only get the name through a licensing agreement.

Trump has nothing to do with any of them as businesses. He just gets a cut from the use of his name, and if a company wants him to be their spokesman, he charges them extra for that service.

Yep, much like Trump, reading is too hard and a bother for them. A quick skim to find something to be triggered about is all they have an attention span for when it comes to reading.
