The real question is tied to criminal charges, sealed indictment? (ie a clock stopper that hits trump jan 2021)
if a sealed indictment with a strong likelihood of conviction becomes the situation Trump's least worst choice is "lets make a deal"... sadly for you guys trump sucks at deal making...
Scuttlebutt has it that a sealed indictment from SDNY may not remain sealed that long. Stay tuned. We may find out how valid the DOJ memos from 1973 and 2000 are about indicting a sitting president (*).
according to Cohen? LMAO!!!...... Did Cohen take the money out of the campaign contribution account? or did Cohen used his personal money and Trump paid him back? how is that a campaign contribution or an illegal loan? LMAO!!
Those are all questions Cohen will probably answer for us today.
if there is evidence why not take it to Mueller or the FEC so they can audit the Trump campaign? why go to Congress in a political circus that is not going nowhere?
Mueller already has everything Cohen will cover in his files, footnoted and cross referenced, and probably corroborated by at least two other witnesses. Whatever Cohen says today is coming out of Mueller's mouth.
Bob Mueller not only knows everything Cohen is going to say, he has okayed it and apparently allowed Cohen to bring hard evidence to support himself. Could be that Cohen is testifying at Mueller's request to get things out in front of the public that have the possibilty of being squelched in his final report.

The GOP is about to wet their collective pants. Cohen was Deputy Finance Director for the RNC. He knows all the dirt on all the republicans in addition to the Trump family. He would know, for instance, if there was any truth to the rumors about money laundering in the GOP fundraising outfit in Annapolis, Maryland that was raided by the FBI six days before Mueller's appointment.
The GOP, in a word, is petrified. That is why the war room and the video about enjoying jail. They are whistling past the graveyard.

Looks like nothing new here, porn star payments, “allegations” of racism, knowing about Wikileaks “a day or two” before the emails were released. Cohen just sounds like a desperate man. This is all old news but being presented to make a big show.
He is trying to do everything he can to cooperate and then some but still can’t point to any collusion with the Russians, all he can offer is a character assasignaton and a porn star payment, almost feel sorry for him. As I’ve said nearly two years ago now, if there was any collusion with the Russians we would of known about it.
