From a societal perspective it seems we were far better off with well defined, biologically based gender roles. Personally I think it is a good reality check.

Political correctness at its best... Since they're repercussions to all the SJWs and anybody that supports the all the crazy ideals that people are now coming up with.

I will agree that these young ladies were robbed of any possible opportunities of being discovered by college scouts, but we're at the point where we can't use commonsense anymore without being called a sexist, homophobic, racist or whatever "ist" or "phobic."

So the whole system needs to crash before it can be fixed and the sad thing is that once it's fixed, all the uber-liberals and SJWs will simply destroy it again... since it's in their nature to destroy something that has worked for decades.

I am a lib but I have no idea why this is happening. It's boys running against girls and that's not fair, period.

The pendulum will swing. When even Libs get tired of this nonsense they will start to demand we return to common sense .

Common on Liberals... Do whats right and fix this issue. You are screwing these young ladies and discouraging them from competing in sports.

They are being hurt in their sports. Fix this issue. Even Gays are speaking out that Trans are separate issues and really should not be included in the LGB - T battle.

These women should take a knee at the starting line when the starters pistol goes off.

This is what happens when political correctness (also known as cultural Marxism) is allowed to run amok.

But then again, that's just MY opinion, for what it's worth.

The rules need to be changed. We need a transgender league.

There is no reason to continue having athletics divided by gender if this continues. Might as well just have everyone compete in one category, after all the biological female athletes are already losing to physically superior biological males.

"....."I [Selina Soule] fully support and am happy for these athletes for being true to themselves. They should have the right to express themselves in school, but athletics have always had extra rules to keep the competition fair."....."

Yeah right.

In other words "I'm all for progressivism until it affects me in a negative way".

Admittedly, I'm all for raising taxes on everyone that makes more than me so I can relate to what she's saying.

I think the Title IX lawyers need to have a good hard look at this.
