yes because the report ended up with no charges against any American for Russian collusion. Thus they had every reason to be happy. Democrats are angry though because they were banking on this Russian collusion thing to remove Trump from office

Looks like reports are coming out that Muellers report was FAR more damaging then Barr indicated. And Muellers team are beginning to talk about the misrepresentation by Barr.

Some of Robert S. Mueller III’s investigators have told associates that Attorney General William P. Barr failed to adequately portray the findings of their inquiry and that they were more troubling for President Trump than Mr. Barr indicated, according to government officials and others familiar with their simmering frustrations.

Thanks Greywar a battle is not a war and no lady has sang so this opera continues. Barr is doing Trump a disservice by dragging this out since the closer the damaging report comes to light to the election the more it will harm Trump.

We all know there is plenty in that report and Trump does too which is why he changed his tune.

Strategically, it might be a good move for Democrats to drag this out.

It appears that Barr ignored the Mueller summaries instead substituting his owns summary, another reason why we need congress to have the complete report. Why couldn't he just provide Mullers summary.

According to The New York Times, Mueller's team had put together several summaries of their final report, and they believe Barr should have included more information from their summaries in the four-page letter he sent to Congress laying out his "principal conclusions" of Mueller's findings.

Funny how everyone is blaming Barr for everything they aren't getting now. However, Rod Rosenstein went over the report with Barr and oversaw the investigation AND helped draft the 4 page summary/conclusions that Muller came too. Yet he is getting a pass.
