You do realize OP's Title is all crap. Any President who submits a budget is pure fantasy land.
Congress isn't even going to touch what he requests. Obama was so lazy he didn't even submit a Budget for most of his term. I do understand why, it's pretty much a waste of time.
His budget tells us what Trump wants. And we have seen what happens when Trump doesn't get what he wants. He throws temper tantrums, shuts down the government or tries to usurp the Constitution to get his way. It's good to know what he's thinking before he gets a chance to act on it.
And he lied outright to his base. Even you aren't trying to pretend otherwise.
The wall won't cost more than 10-20B and the expense pays for itself in savings quickly.
So even if he does wish to cut hundreds of billions, its not true that its to pay for the Wall, which is only a small component of that hundreds of billions.
He’s welcome to take all of my entitlements. I prefer taking care of myself. I guess I take after my grandparents who left socialist countries to come to America to work for a living.
So give huge tax giveaways to the uber-wealthy who absolutely don't need any more than what they have already obscenely hoarded, and make up for it by taking it from grandma and grandpa and the poor and the disabled. Does pushing for that make you feel good?
Just curious, what level/ceiling of net worth would an uber-wealthy individual have to get below (by giving away wealth) to have you no longer classify said person as an 'obscene hoarder' ?
He promised not to cut any of those programs... looks like just another set of lies from the Liar-in-Chief.

The richest 1 percent in the United States now own more wealth than the bottom 90 percent combined. I'd call that obscene. And these are the people who got the bulk of the tax cuts. Why do they need more, when they hold the vast majority of the country's wealth already? And why do you think it's okay to take from the poor and the sick and the disabled to give yet MORE to these already obscenely wealthy? That's the real question here.
