We are not a tiny country like NZ. If they are going to ban semi-auto guns because of one massacre then it was always a part of the plan. Now they have their excuse to implement it. Nothing more.

EVERY WEAPON can be classified as an assault weapon. His goal is to ban EVERY WEAPON.

Wait ? Real action to stop violence... i thought gun free zones and the fact that murder is illegal would take care of that. Can you please explain why those two measures are not enough ?

That happened in my state more or less when bump stocks were banned. They gave you one month to get it out of the state or turn it into your local Police. If you were found with one in your possession after the grace period you were going to prison.
I think they had like 3 turned in. I don't think any of the 3 came from any gangs or would be mass murderers....
Now we know what Bernie is about and no doubt just about any other Dem. They don't like people that Love Freedom.
