This is the latest on Spygate conspirators. Do you think Fox News will be given a heads up for the pre dawn raids like CNN was?

A copy of the letter sent to Barr is in this article. Congressman John Ratcliffe will go with Nunes to the meeting with Barr.

If what Barr said is true do you think it was the Obama administration? And if it was do think those responsible should be investigated by the DOJ and if proven true do you think they should be prosecuted?

Waiting for the left and their surrogates in the MSM to down play or spin this allegation.
No. The Obama administration was looked at too. If you want to use the word spying, that's fine.

Any investigation could be said to involve spying on something or someone, as there is always something that is surreptitious in any secret investigation.

After all, spying is nothing but collecting information to use about something in deciding how to act.

The FBI surveillance on the Trump campaign was AUTHORIZED.

However, many people believe SPYING = ILLEGAL SURVEILLANCE = they do not differentiate between authorized and unauthorized. Which is why Trump now is merrily tweeting and speaking that word - because that word feeds the conspiracy theories of his ignorant base.

Barr, lapdog that he is, deliberately and intentionally - and, given his position - IRRESPONSIBLY - repeated that word.

What he should have done when first asked the question, was STATE that the word "spying" had an inflammatory connotation given the current political climate - and although he has questions about and wants to investigate the "predicate" (reason for) the surveillance, he has no basis in fact, at this point, to believe the surveillance was authorized without foundation.

Instead, Barr deliberately and intentionally and repeated the word in order to undermine the Mueller investigation, suck up to Trump, keep his job - most importantly - avoid humiliation by Trump tweet.

Trumpers on this thread can rest assured that the lackey Barr will have redacted any embarrassing or incriminating information on Trump. He said as much in his June 2018 19 page job interview memo - Barr believes Trump has unlimited powers and can never obstruct justice.

Barr is NOT working for the people or to uphold the letter and spirit of the laws of this country. He is working for Trump - which is exactly OPPOSITE of his oath of office.

This Barr puppet will say anything Trump tells him to. How do you think he got the job. Won’t be the first time he lies to the public though. He is a master cover up guy. If anyone got spied on it was the Democrats. Republicans turn things around all the time so nothing sticks to them. One of their deceitful tactics....Don’t ask a Republican if your looking for the truth....

What would you call it when the CIA hires a foreigner who has worked with the CIA for decades, to speak with, interact with, and try to infiltrate into the confides of the Trump campaign, and tried to get a position as a foreign policy advisor or an ambassadorship in a Trump presidency, all the while Halper was reporting back to his CIA and FBI handlers? Halper was a spy, and spying for the CIA and/or FBI.

The Department of Justice admitted in a Friday court filing that the FBI used more than one "Confidential Human Source," (also known as informants, or spies) to infiltrate the Trump campaign through former adviser Carter Page, reports the Daily Caller.

If it was authorized, I would call it surveillance. Just like a cop going undercover in a local gang or drug cartel.
