That's why I said "requisite amount of time" - I'll let others be the judge there (whether that be no waiting period, never since puberty, or something in between).
No requisite amount of time can change the fact that males have larger hearts, lungs, musculoskeletal structure, height, weight, you name it. Being born male is a physical advantage that females cannot compete against.
That's true. We will have bio-boys teams and trans-boys teams. No bio-female will stand a chance.

They scream and cry for "equal rights" then when we they are applied, the cry and complain.
I lived through the early years of "equal rights".
Women complained, even filed law suits to get jobs.
When they got the job they couldn't handle the heavy ladders.
When fiberglass ladder were introduced they DEMANDED they get then first when it was traditional the senior workers with seniority got "new things first.
My job include using a hand truck and we would statck it as high as it could handle and haul it to tthe work site.
Many of the women brought in could only handle a cart half full, which meant they spent more time coming and going back and forth to the supply shop.
We had a date the job HAD to be finished because the customer was moving in.
The going back and forth meant LESS time actually working which would delay finishing the job.
We used drills to drill though walls, most if the women didn't even have enough strength to do that.
I could go on and on but you get the point.
IF you can do the job required great, if you CAN'T......
