Obama tried to get the Republicans to support a joint resolution to criticize the Russians in hacking and tampering with the votes...

If Hillary, is all the things you say she is, what is trump? There were many great republican candidates in 2016, however trump did what he is so famous for and dumped garbage on all of them.
Hopefully, if we have learned anything in this fiasco; it will be to vet our candidates for president and commander in chief, so that we have the best of the best. No matter democrat, republican, independent. America deserves the best, not the worst possible candidate, not one that would cheat and lie and hold hands with a foreign government to get their way.
Trump won the electoral college in part due to the efforts of the Russians. There is no disputing this. Today's report confirmed the Russians interefered in the election with actions that benefited Trump.
There was no proof that they had any effect on the outcome. Everything says they tried to influence it.
