I just checked it on 5 browsers, including 2 versions of IE (IE 11 and Edge). The only one it didn't work on was IE 11. So I wonder if some people here are using an old browser.

There's an Easter egg over the "lucky" in the "I'm feeling lucky" button. When you press on the Easter egg all kinds of Easter eggs, chocolates and other things come down from the top of your screen and the screen turns green. If you press on the egg more times, more stuff comes down.
No, it doesn't have anything about Christ's resurrection. But then, I doubt they've ever had anything about Jesus's birth on Christmas, either.
