Clearly nothing is off-limits in this election, as Politico published an article titled "The Secret of Bernie's Millions" where they described him as a "rich, but cheap man" (despite the fact that he's one of the poorest members in Congress) and posted images of him standing next to a money tree, which plays to hateful stereotypes and only emboldens anti-semitic people who seek to disparage members of the Jewish community such as Bernie Sanders.

I find it strange that they are doing that this time when no one even mentioned he was Jewish the last time he ran. I kept thinking they would talk about him being the possible first Jewish president, but he is secular and they obviously didn’t want to give him any sort of bump against Hillary Clinton at that time.

...think the jews have the market cornered on being 'cheap'....ever heard the one about the scotsman trying to rub two nickels together?...give it a rest...
I support Sanders but I don't think he should be off limits in questioning his wealth just because he's Jewish. Something seems wrong with that.
There isn't much to question and I think him being cheap is another positive. Did he sell a lot of books simply based upon his position in life? Yeah, so what.

That's also racist.
If you see nothing with this stuff, then you have nothing else to discuss with me on this topic.
As Sanders has pleaded incessantly, his wish is for the campaign and election rhethoric to be based around discourse about the issues, not personal attacks or racist stereotypes like 12 year olds (apparently Politico doesn't get that).
