We are tired of spending our money supporting and caving into the whims of the rest of the world. It should be America first. The rest of the world can follow or get the hell out of the way.
I'm going to guess that you're one of the majority of people who wrongly imagines that a big chunk of our budget goes for foreign aid. Also, you may be one of the people who doesn't understand our global interconnectedness. But I can see that you seem to share Trump's aggrievedness.
