Depends on what is meant by helping them. Giving them incentives to work and be self-supporting or giving them hand outs not to be. I think the answer is clear. Which party is encouraging illegal aliens to come here and take jobs from the poor, homeless and other Americans? Again, the answer is clear.

Do you help your children by letting them vote to get a never ending allowance and shelter?

You hurt children by never letting them be self sufficient.

How does a homeless child better themselves being forced on the street? How do they better themselves with no resources or cash?

Do your parents still take care of you financially?

Neither, they both work for their corporate masters.

I'm trying to figure out if you're dependent upon your parents and will be homeless and poor without their help.

It helps me answer tge question of why adult children can succed on their own in a manner you can understand.
