Nice. I hope this will help establish future cases that will be brought when Democrats start making it illegal for people to say things they don’t like.

Because according to many of them, anything they disagree with is "Hate speech," which should not be allowed.

Dems, really? It is the Christian right that likes to ban whatever they think is immoral or crude. Plus if you read the article, you would have seen that it was the Trump administration that argued to keep the ban. And last time I checked, the Trump administration are Republicans.

Sure why not? we are all going to heck in a hand basket anyways..

It wasn't that long ago in my Puritanical state of Mass. that stores where closed on Sundays and you couldn't buy booze but today you can go to the casino while enjoying a beer, smoking a joint and watching porn anytime or day of the week.

Is this what they call progress?

Uh No, Can you give us an example of that ?

I do believe most Christians believe in the freedom of Speech or they would be the 1st ones to be shut down.

Want to prise Satan... Go right ahead.

It's the Liberals who want to define Hate Speech and take away that right. Much like they've done in Europe.

This.

It actually IS illegal to use profanity on the airwaves and that is because of "family values" conservatives, not liberals.

I would say constantly screaming that a large group of Americans are abominations who should be rounded up and executed is more than a "matter of disagreement."

Great...now they need to stop the FCC from its outdated practice of monitoring broadcast TV for language and content! Ive never understood why some felt we needed a federal govt agency to censor network tv, and not only that, its a govt agency deciding what words and content need to be censored!!!!
