Car thief steals a running car without looking to see if a 140lb Rottweiler might have been asleep in the back seat?

Car thief continues to drive slowly out of the area AFTER discovering children are in the car? No rear view mirror in this heap?

Best things from this: Stupid thief will never steal another car and stupid mom will probably never leave her kids in a dangerously irresponsible manner again.
Don’t be do sure. Stupid don’t go away quietly.

Well hats off to Philadelphia citizens and taking care of a thug. If this had been CA. he would’ve gotten free housing and insurance and at least 5 million dollars. On second thought he would’ve lived to carjack another day out here as nobody would’ve laid a hand on him and he would’ve gotten away.
