It was in his report "exonerate" !!! Can he do it or not ? He should be able to answer that question ?

I wish someone would address this as not being true.

You can't wait to charge someone until your legal position is more ambiguous.

That would be like the police investigating you for a crime, but you have an airtight alibi. So they wait until your alibi dies to then charge you because that person can't testify in court.

No court told them they can't charge Trump, so it's silly to say they can wait a few years to charge him if they know he committed a crime.

Mueller, as special counsel (prosecutor), did not choose to prosecute, nor did he make any recommendation thereof. It's pretty clear that Trump's innocence is still in effect, since not only has he never been found guilty of anything, he's never even been charged/prosecuted for anything. Accusations on one side of the Partisan Public Square doth not guilt confer, verily I say.

None of this is difficult to understand.
Because you CANNOT prosecute a sitting president. Muller has stated that AFTER Trump leaves office THEN we should go after him. What about all those people who have worked with Trump who’ve went down?

IMO, IF they go after Trump after he’s out of office he’ll walk not because he’s innocent because they he has good lawyers and has covered his arse.

Nonsense.

An ethical attorney standing their ground with honor would first remind everyone that the basis of our legal system is innocent until proven guilty, and then finish with "after two years of exhaustive investigation that far exceeded the original scope of his appointment, there was insufficient evidence to warrant proceeding with either indictment or prosecution."

It is a-political, it reminds everyone of the law and the basis thereof, and it shines a glaring light on the partisan theatrical nature of this current absurdity. That would be the honorable thing for an ethical attorney to do.

I feel sorry for Mueller. He seems senile, which casts further doubt on the report, imo.
