While not exactly the same, the Supreme Court did rule on a double jeopardy case, for the defendant. Seems you can't just keep trying someone. Just because. Ms Pelosi apparently did not agree with the Supremes.

Nancy Pelosi did not say "they will continue to look for crimes" she said "this is not a partisan issue and we will continue to gather information and present facts to the people.
Watching the news today, all the so-called MSM continues to assert that Mueller stated he did not indict the President because he could not indict a sitting President.
They are all ignoring completely the fact that he corrected that statement and stated that a determination could not be made as to whether a crime had been committed.
Translation, they did not find substantial evidence that a crime had been committed. However, the media is conveniently ignoring that. They truly are the enemy of the people.

The entire format was crazy, he’s trying to look up a page in the report and answer a question in less than 5 minutes and stay within the guidelines. He didn’t handle it well but it would be difficult hot snyone.
