...what about the 'conspiracy theory' that, well, the government owns up to thirty years later...like the Gulf of Tonkin incident...how's that gonna work?...
What about the conspiracy theory that Hillary and Bill were running a pedophile club out of a pizza shop in Georgetown, while she was campaigning to be POTUS, no less? I think maybe the FBI is on to something here with their concern about people being duped by such things.
"Some People".......have susceptibility. Some have guns and stuff too.....
"each represents a failure to think critically," (funny how they themselves think they ARE thinking that way).
"People who believe in conspiracy theories are also more likely to believe in pseudoscience and paranormal phenomena, according to new research published in the journal Applied Cognitive Psychology. The findings indicate that some people appear to have a general susceptibility to believing unsubstantiated claims."
Is there anyone who doesn't believe in (some) conspiracy theories?
The Holocaust is a conspiracy theory. Do you believe in that?
Some conspiracy theories are true.

Labeling any alternate line of thinking as "domestic terrorism" will be used much the same way as "racism" and "white supremacy" are used today. Anything that deviates from the establishment narrative today is either racist or white supremacist. That is how authoritarian types control the "official" narrative. Lemmings will eat it up too.

that culminated with edgar welch shooting up the joint.
This should be easy to solve then... stop being corrupt and get back to being straight arrows that the rest of us had faith in. Then conspiracy theories would go away. YOU CAN MAKE IT HAPPEN!
When were they straight arrows?
During Waco when they slaughtered babies? During Ruby Ridge when they trespassed on a man's property then killed his dog and son?
Whatever happened to Reason, Logic and the Enlightenment?
the interwebz happened.
i doubt birtherism and pizzagate could've pulled in the numbers back in the 80's or before.
