Yep, this is NOT the kind of candidate for early release. But I'm all for early release for many non-violent offenders, especially those who were locked up for minor drug crimes.

Nice false equivalency. Nearly all criminal justice reform efforts have been targeted at non-violent offenders, not those convicted of robbery, carjacking, etc.
