Whether he heard the entire question or not there is nothing wrong with him Congratulating Poland on being a great country etc.
So, again I'm curious why are you trying to make it sound like there is?
Its not like he congratulated them on being invaded and he is not required to make a statement on the invasion in a quick statement to the press. Pence is there to give the US statement at the appropriate ceremony.

Many arrive on tourist visas and have no problem securing employment by small business owners. Many return home before their visa expires, rinse and repeat. Others, overstay their expired visas with no intent on returning home.)

And working in the US on a tourist visa and or overstaying is illegal as stated. Here's something we don't usually see in the media. If these folks were from Mexico or Central America there would be an up roar. But they're European and get a pass.

And where did you get your law degree? Pretty sure that law doesn't prevent you from drawing on a map to show where a storm could have gone after the fact of that storm. No one was issuing a weather forecast from behind the Resolute desk.

An attorney at your firm might have given you a different answer:
It was an illustration of where a storm might have gone if it continued on its same path.
It was a forecast based on where it was going from 3 days before he made the tweet and the black part was added on. Why do you keep lying for this ******?
