Securing our Southern Border is a Presidential pet project, that's his job as outlined in the Constitution. In the future if Democrats try funneling DOD funds to support illegal immigrants and subvert our laws you bet your ass we'll stop you.

You claimed that my information about the level of completion of the barriers from the Secure Fence Act was wrong. Put up or shut up.

Securing the border does not NEED A wall.

Given now the wall has turned into a fence and that's not as bad.

But there are many ways to secure a border.

The 'wall' is the most inefficient and costly.

AND --- he had two years with a Republican House & Senate and couldn't get funding going through normal channels, he had to create this new method.

It's not good.

Because this time you like what the President did because you support him -- doesn't make what he did right.

Are you joking? Trump has been pushing for the border wall since he was elected in spite of the efforts of the Democrats to stop him. He's tried everything! He pushed for the monies to come out of the defense fund then to get it done and now it's been ruled in his favor much to you lefty's chagrin.

Trump's approach to all issues is simplistic.

He's not a man that can understand complexities.

For him - -the only way to stop illegal migration or asylum seekers is to build a wall.
For him -- the way to fix health care -- repeal Obama care -- no he doesn't have a solution after that.
For him -- dealing with China -- blow up the relationship with China and then whatever 'peace' comes out of it is some kind of a win.
For him - dealing with Canada -- same thing -- blow it up and then pretend the deal is the greatest solution to the chaos he created.

He's simple minded.

His solutions are BIG shows for ratings. It's all about the ratings, the crowd size, etc.

That's all.

What information, you keep crying about a DHS report but you haven't provided it. Which report are you talking about? Put up or shut up.

We aren't building a wall across the entire border, only the sections that our Border Patrol has requested it.

According to the DHS walls work, I'll take their word on it before yours.

At no point in Trump's Presidency has he had a veto proof majority in Congress, Democrats were still able to stop progress.

Had Obama continued to build more fencing or wall on our Southern border I would have completely supported him, I supported Democrats when they supported building the 600+ miles we build under Obama.

You aren't very observant are you?
