What is absolutely hilarious to watch is the left pretend that age doesn't matter anymore, when it did in other elections when they said that the Republican candidate was "too old to be president'. If Biden were elected, he would be 78 years old at the start of the term. John McCain would have only been 72, but that didn't stop the left from screeching that he was "too old to be president". Trump was 70 when he was elected, but that didn't stop the left from screeching that he was "too old to be the president".
But now, Biden, who would be 78 if he got elected, suddenly it's no problem!

Not sure why the Lefties are attacking Trump in this thread. The OP asked a viable question; do you think Biden’s obvious aging issues will hurt his election chances, especially in the primaries where younger voters could be turned off by his age?
They attack Trump in every thread. It is often to deflect from the topic, as in this case.
I agree. I don't care if his teeth fall out or his eye is bloody. I care about his mental state which is apparently in decline. Now I know why Obama told him not to run.
