Your title asks one thing but your post asks something else.
All media is biased, it is just a question of how much. I think the NYT is less biased than either CNN or FOX but more biased than Reuters. Their Opinions section is definitely biased, but you would expect that in something called "opinions".
As to journalistic integrity - the NYT talks about this often. They definitely have journalistic standards and try to follow them but don't always, and they admit that. But like the other question it is a matter of degrees. I think the NYT is pretty high on the integrity scale relative to other media.

From what I have read, Reuters, Associated Press, and BBC News are among the least-biased of the big news outlets!
