So what? This is also the reason why so many right-wing conservatives flock here, including the ultra right-wing Michael Savage.

Many people like welcoming laid-back culture - the rich and the poor; liberals and conservatives. This does not in any way shape or form disprove my point that many of the CA homeless population came from other places.

Dude, of course people tend to stay where they become homeless.... initially. But do you really believe they will just stay there until they die and not try to move if the environment proves difficult??

yeah dude, I think that the majority stay where they became homeless. There are homeless people in Reno who freeze to death every year and most have been homeless in Reno for years. If you were homeless would you move to a place that you aren't familiar with, a place where you don't know where the safe places to sleep are, a place where you have no friends?
