Honestly hadn't thought it through, so here goes.

pestilence -- Ayanna Pressley I guess. She's the one everyone tends to forget all about and I have a logical place to put everyone else.
war -- Considering that she came from Somalia, I'd say Ilhan Omar.
famine -- Let's go with Rashida Tlaib. Her family comes from the desert, so I guess that fits.
death -- Gotta give that to AOC. She's the big name with the big voice and tons of attention always on her. That makes here top horseman, which is obviously Death.

This makes a great comparison with Trump. Trump's "nicknames" are all childish insults, like "little" or "crooked" or "lying." And cruder when he can get away with it. Biden, by contrast, comes up with a quip that is not only more adult, but also rather clever and wry.
Why Joe Biden is sure to win now.

Biden is done. He's bidin' his time! He's attracting dozens to his events, and passing out his t-shirts for the photo ops so
his background will have his curious logo on camera. He's the geezer the Left loves to ridicule!

His meager attempt at humor is too little, too late.

RIP uncle Joe!

Biden is an idiot, and most likely will not be the nominee anyway.
