While dems whine about the weak jobs report, the unemployment rate has dropped to a record low of 3.5%. Looks like everyone who wants a job, has a job. While Trump continues to restore America to it's former glory (when everyone understood what bathroom they were to use) dems focus all their energy and our nation's limited resources on trying to remove Trump. If that doesn't work, they will do everything possible to crash the economy so they can blame it on Trump.

Trump still has a lot of work to do (lot of wall left to be built), but he's accomplished far more in 3 years vs 8 years of Obummer, when workers had to crawl on their hands and knees and beg for retail and fast food jobs. MAGA > Hope and change.

Gee, during the Obama years all you heard from the right wing was "Labor Participation Rate." It's currently 63%, meaning 37% of civilians are not in the workforce at all, not looking for a job, and not included in the unemployment numbers. Under Obama the LPR hit bottom at 62.5%. This number has barely improved under Trump.

3.5% unemployment is not impressive when a third of all civilians are idle.

Too many old people whose most productive years are behind them. Not enough young, productive people. Americans cannot afford to reproduce when they must pay for all the democrat's illegals, wealth transfers and free chit for deadbeats.

Unemployment rate drops to 3.5%
Fake U3 numbers being quoted. They don't quote U6, just the government program. Even Trump in 2016 (rightly) called the U-3 one of the "Biggest Hoaxes in Politics." Real unemployment is at 7.1%.

Gov calculates unemployment by only including those eligible for unemployment insurance as part of the workforce. That automatically leaves out contractors, commissioned workers, part time workers, and Self-employed. Thus, the pool of person that are classified as "Unemployed" shrinks every month because unemployment benefits run out. Thus, unemployment number continue to shrink by the same regression up to the point that there is an equilibrium between new workers coming into the workplace and the attrition caused by a person being moved out of the unemployment ranks when they are insurance ineligible.

How do we know the Gov aka Trump numbers are phony? There is NO WAGE inflation. If the employment pool was small, then wages would skyrocket. But they are flat and have been flat for years. The most recent increases which Trump of course brags about were due entirely to minimum wage laws taking effect, not Wage inflation.

But hey, if that is the metric you guys wanna go by, then we'll have to admit George W. Bush was a much better JOBS president than Donald Trump has been. The average monthly job growth in 2006 was higher (11.1% higher to be precise). No ULTRA low interest rates. Smaller overall economy. No QE.

So when the talking heads keep telling us how great things are, it affirms to me that they are clueless. That includes 'geniuses' Larry Kudlow, Stuart Varney, and even Trump.

Currently the U.S. is on track to add about 1.9 million jobs this year, which would be the smallest gain since 2010 and down from 2.7 million in 2018.

That's not even an intelligent attempt at partisanship.
Labor participation rate stays between 67% and 63%. Always has.

These numbers still show a trend. And that trend shows, things are better with Trump in the White House.

There are 6.7 million job opening and 6.4 million people available to fill them.

Not at all. 3.5% unemployment signals a recession is near. Every time unemployment goes to record lows a recession soon follows. Look at any graph and you will see this.
