Yes Warren's serial LYING is a character flaw, but her policy positions are even worse. Ugh. She's Hillary 2.0. Unlikeable, elitist, condescending, liar, divisive. The worst of the worst. Hope she's the nominee!

The GOP spent the better part of 3 decades trying to tear down Hillary Clinton and, even after all that effort, were only able to have their Presidential nominee win in a squeaker. They aree going to have its work cut out for them if they expect to be able to do so to Warren (should she emerge as the Democratic nominee) in less than 13 months. You guys are going to have to put in some overtime, because the "Pocahontas" thing may be mildly amusing to Trump's base, but is not going to resonate with educated suburbanites in swing states - a demographic that Trump is going to have to win to take the Presidency this time around.
the other annoying thing is that Elizabeth Warren's test showed that she could be 1/64 to 1/1024 native American. All we hear the Trumpskulls say is that she is 1/1024.
The fact of the matter is that her "family lore" was correct. She had a Native American ancestor six to 10 generations ago.
DNA is not the way to determine Native American ancestry. The samples that are used by testing firms are either very tiny, or they are from tribes known to have a high percentage of indigenous mexican DNA or Inuit. Native tribes have largely resisted DNA testing, and the results of the DNA testing they do is almost always kept within the tribe. https://www.genome.gov/news/news-rel...rican-identity
Native American ancestry is usually defined as you mentioned, by family lore and culture.
Wait I thought Republicans were supposed to be attacking Biden. Maybe Guiliani should extort some dirt from Ukraine on Warren so it doesn't look like the Trump administration didn't waste time on Biden.

No it isn't. There needs to be solid proof. Rumors don't cut it.

Presumably, that would apply to the "rumors" that Warren used her ancestry to gain advantage, despite Warren and Harvard (and the circumstances generally) all pointing to the fact that no advantage was sought or gained? We can agree that, unless there is solid proof, the suggestion that Warren sharing the lore of her family history was not intended to (and did not) gain personal advantage, yes?

I never said otherwise, I said that DNA is not a good way to detect native american ancestry. Now can we get back to Trump claiming his dad was born in Germany?

A Trump supporter feigns outrage over "serial lying". Hilarious!
