For those who do not know, YPIPO is about the same as calling whites crackers.

Honestly, I think the moderators should brush up on the modern slang. These terms are so derogetory, truly racist. Probably worse than terms of the past.

So, are you saying not a single member of the 92.2% of the population was qualified?
Just ask the white farmers whose land was taken from them. In a short amount of time they were asked to come back to farm the land that was taken from them. I surmise that the new owner-farmers were not qualified.

Did they apply? Does the company have to spend extra resources to make sure all races are accounts for? Best for the job is the only barometer needed. If all Black or White or Asian, screw the PC puss$$s.

OK, whatever you say.
I'm not going to argue with any of you guys who can't see that there is something obviously wrong when a company opens up in a place with 90+% black and manages to hire only white people who only has 7.8% of the population. It takes some serious effort to make sure your whole staff makes up only members from the part of the population that's only 7.8% of the whole population.
All these sarcasm challenged folks... is it autism? It never ceases to amaze me how people can post here daily, for years, and still have no clue about the attitudes and views of their fellow posters.
