They want more. It is you who are not making sense.
Okay so let me see if I follow you:
1. You complain that liberals want to throw money at big pharma.
2. I point out Trump administration threw over a billion dollars at Moderna, which is big pharma.
3. Your reply is that they want more?
That is a nonsensical response. Would you like to amend your initial complaint to not be about throwing money at big pharma, instead complaining throwing money at big pharma beyond a certain amount that you will likely define as higher than a billion dollars so that your hero is absolved of participating in this behavior?
Doesn't have quite the ring to it does it? "Liberals want to throw two billion dollars at big pharma! Just a billion is okay though!"
They cannot release it until FDA reviews their data and grants approval. That's the way it is, and the way it's always been. The head of the FDA is Stephen Hahn, who was appointed by Donald Trump to the post in November 2019. Hahn is also a member of Trump's covid-19 task force.
Some of you are just too far gone, suspending logic and rational thought to see conspiracies everywhere. Again: It's not up to Moderna, you aren't making any sense.
This pretty much shoots a hole in the theory that Trump would force the FDA to approve a vaccine to make him look good. Too many people have lost all logic lately. (Not you. Just pointing out the nonsense all around.)
More shallow state paranoia. Scientific testing takes time.
More like shallow brain paranoia lol
