COVID-19 is certainly a very severe plague and the faster a majority are vaccinated the better, but some of the COVID-19 deaths are under weird circumstances

I first noticed 281 COVID-deaths for 25 to 34 year olds are ""Intentional and unintentional injury" then I looked at the number of """Intentional and unintentional injury" deaths involving COVID and it said over 11,000+.

What does COVID-19 have to do with "Intentional and unintentional injury"?

I am very confused, COVID-19 should be taken very seriously but 11,000+ COVID deaths are ""Intentional and unintentional injury". What does a respiratory pathogen like COVID have to do with ""Intentional and unintentional injury and poisoning"

Nearly 25% of COVID-deaths from 35 to 44 year olds are considered diabetes deaths or ""Intentional and unintentional injury"

In the mortality report, it seems as though 30,000+ of the over 85 year olds who died with COVID are listed as dementia, alzheimers or Intentional and unintentional injury, poisoning

You can overdose or have an adverse reaction to medications meant to treat covid. Note, I personally had a dangerous side effect to a medication given to me because of possible COVID. It turned out it was just plain old pneumonia but due to COVID I spent 7 days in an makeshift COVID ward.
