First we heard Trump was creating an "Office of the Former President". Now Melania is hiring her own staff. We know Florida is a big Trump state and the Trump family is all moving there. Is the goal to create their own right wing nation?

It's funny that the same Trump supporters that complained that Obama continues to live in DC instead of "disappearing", will immediately defend Trump establishing some sort of opposition government so he can do things like oppose Georgia's governor from winning re-election because he's still angry about losing and thinks Kemp should have overturned Georgia for him.

Nope. He's too busy plotting his revenge upon the nation for voting him out.

Why not? He gets big bucks to set up an office -- $150,000 a year etc etc. Dems have been lied to by the media regarding Trump claiming he gets nothing if he was convicted during an impeachment

Trump will get annual benefits that will likely exceed $1 million. Each year, U.S. taxpayers spend about $4 million to provide perks to the four living former presidents, according to a report by the National Taxpayers Union Foundation, a government spending watchdog.

The most valuable perk is the office space. Former Presidents Bill Clinton, George W. Bush and Barack Obama each had more than $500,000 in office rent covered by taxpayers in 2020, according to the report.

He'll need somewhere to write these books he'll be paid millions in advances for.

Talk of succession is ramblings of a fool. We cannot even perceive the ramifications of such due regional, national, and international corporate interests. It would be at a minimum, economically devastating to that state.

Now, once the US economy collapses and violence spills out into the streets, I think succession becomes more feasible.

It's cute how folks think you can just create a nation, walk away and expect everything to stay the same.....lol.

Buy bye....and good luck.48 states won't have as much as an adjustment as two will.

Trump is no longer president, you can calm down now, lol.

You just do you, and he will do himself, all will be fine.

No need to go into crazy, Qanon type conspiracy theories like "is he going to build his own right wing nation?"

For all the conspiracy theory criticizing you have done, you sure feel fine to do it yourself.
