Considering people no longer want to work as is evident by the lower labor participation rate and how there are already 11,000,000 open jobs people refuse to take, who exactly will build the infrastructure after we fund the infrastructure?

Not company names, but where will the workers come from?

People want to work and are working just fine, have no idea where you are getting that there are people that do not want to work, implying you are meaning masses amount of people that could have a meaningful impact of any kind.

The only employers who are having a difficult time getting workers, are those who are offering non-competitive, below market rate wages, i.e. garbage wages.

The workforce participation rate shows fewer people are working.

Biden also just praised the termination of thousands of people as a good thing.

No one.

By the time they're done setting money on fire on consultants and lawyers and the project is ready to build, they'll have run out of money. Then they'll be back in Congress for more money. Rinse and repeat.

That's how a subway line in New York gets built in 80 years and the California High Speed Rail project only delivers half the promised speed, is massively over budget and after 30 years all Californians have to show for it is a massive bill for incomplete construction.

Point is not to build infrastructure.
Point is:
1. to pass your own personal gains inside 600 pages bill
2. get funds and split them
3. get kickbacks.
After that - what gives...

Exactly the same thing when Obama passed his infrastructure bill to rebuild America. They spent the money, but we are still waiting on the rebuilding part.
