If one wants a Rapid test today then they have to wait until January 19th and since it typically ships in 7 to 12 days, that is January 31st and first-class mail can take 3 days, so that is February 3rd.
Seems like first-class mail takes up to 3 days and since it typically ships with-in 7 to 12 days, that is 8 to 15 days for the COVID tests to come once requested.

I forgot to mention, he soils himself frequently. And farts at the most inappropriate of times (like when standing next to the Pope)... Maybe someone said Pope and he thought they said poop and he was triggered?

My personal and very recent experience is that First Class mail can take up to a month.
