As much as some will hate it, the number one issue going into the midterms is and will remain the economy. Roe being overturned will not bring any new voters to the ballot box. Those states that are poised to enact pro-life policies if and when Roe falls generally have more conservative electorates, so those politicians won't suffer in those states. Those who live in more liberal states aren't going to really change much of anything either on the issue as their side already dominates.
I suspect that more politically balanced states will have regulations in between the two positions.
If I cannot afford the cost of day to day items or have a solid foundation for my retirement in 5 years, women needing abortions kind of fall to the bottom of the give a s**t column.

Which likely means that they will have laws that are similar to what is currently allowed. This will not be a huge motivating factor to get more people to vote differently than they are already doing

But what if a bunch of left wing women dressed up like handmaids from the Handmaid's Tale and posted their pictures on Twitter? Are you telling me that wouldn't change your opinion? Can you really ignore such powerful imagery?

Never.
I have other things on my radar, like:
8.3% inflation
My 401k dropping 20% YTD
My investment account dropping 20% YTD
$4/gal gas
Rising cost of everything
Shortage of everything
Half of Congress that espouses policy positions that are outright communist
Bureaucrats and politicians who have no respect for the people they serve
Government waste
Taxes
Abortion and some silly tweet from some raging leftist mob is so far off my radar it might as well not even exist.
