The code in the democrat playbook is so easy to crack.

1. Anything bad that happens during a Republican presidency is the Republican president's fault.

2. Anything bad that happens during a Democratic presidency is to be blamed on the last Republican president.

3. Anything that is good during a Democratic presidency, is the current president's doing.

3. For anything that is good during a Republican presidency, credit is to be given to the last Democratic president.

Rising home prices means rising rental rates.
Since our rental is debt free, I want to see higher home prices to justify raising the rent.
