Ahhh, this is just like the proposed Civil War thread maybe a year ago?

You RSA people aren't thinking big enough. What you really want to do, is buy/merge/annex Mexico... or make a deal with the Narco Cartels who are actually running the show these days.

The Port of Ensenada can become the new Port of Los Angeles/Long Beach! The agricultural value of Mexico is enormous and all that coastline in Baja is a capable replacement for what's lost to Emperor Newsolini. All you have to do is stop or embargo all the exports traveling north across the TJ/San Diego border with proper military force. Once there's no more avocados and fresh produce, the BSA will wave the white flag of surrender.

(did you know, Mexico is the #2 supplier of crude oil to the US?) more facts here: https://www.state.gov/u-s-relations-with-mexico/

Another factor to consider, is Loyalists and Saboteurs. Are you a Blue person surrounded by a sea of Red? Or vice-versa? These Benedict Arnold people will shoot your uniformed soldiers in the back of the head, because they dont want to move. You'll find out too late, that your entire Chinese-owned-and-bankrolled MRE manufacturing facility has been pumping the cans full of incremental increases of fentanyl + COVID-2023 viruses for months, because at least 100 other foreign countries will interfere or buy influence in this secession/civil war/divorce/dissolve event.

The good news, you can avoid any bloodshed by moving to some place that suits you now. Screw Diversity, we want Segregation. Blue people in Blue States and Red people in Red States, is what I'm hearing.

The left tried it during the Civil War, and they also tried it during the George Floyd protests (CHOP zone)

Both ended in violence and disaster.

Quote:
The Capitol Hill Occupied Protest or the Capitol Hill Organized Protest originally Free Capitol Hill and later the Capitol Hill Autonomous Zone (CHAZ), was an occupation protest and self-declared autonomous zone[1] in the Capitol Hill neighborhood of Seattle, Washington. The zone, originally covering six city blocks and Cal Anderson Park, was established on June 8, 2020, by George Floyd protesters after the Seattle Police Department (SPD) left its East Precinct building.

This way each nation could live how they want and be happy. I just don't want to live under dems in power any longer. It is downright miserable and hard to accept how they are destroying our country on purpose.

Let them have their own part where they can have all the illegals that they want, they can have no law and order and they can let a dictator dictate to them how they live. Do away with all prisons and let no one be arrested. They can all live off the government and take their handouts and have their free speech taken away. They can have all the abortions that they want. There can be abortion clinics on each corner like there are CVS drug stores.

They can cancel people/things and have all the new pronouns they want. They can have a person of color trans dictator and no white person has any power. They are mere lowlifes. They can have their own WOKE speech and go to town on all things WOKE. Let them enjoy their doom and gloom that they bring and want.

They can do away with all American flags. They can take away religion and any Patriotic song such as Star Spangled banner.

Then can all go buy electric cars with money the government supplies to them and pay high prices at the grocery store.

They can take away all guns so no one can protect themselves with their high crimes. Homeless people can take over the streets.

Why is this not possible right now? How do we get this started? I'm so ready.

Let's face it, we will never come together for the sake of the country. We have 2 different ideas of how this country should be. Dems want to destroy and Republican want to build it up into something great.

I'm not interested in living in the world of Biden, i.e. his cronies. I hate it. I would love to have the country split in two and lets have a sane person in power and we could have such a good place to live again.
Bye.

Because most of us are not far right or left wing nutjobs that sit around in front of FOX or MSNBC all day.

There is no socialism in this country. There is a push by some to move towards social democracy.

Splitting up the country into two would get messy. This would just lead to more and more fracturing. People will look for other things to split over, from racial and ethnic strife, to economics, to geographic isolation.

Massachusetts has a Republican governor. Vermont isn't really a Bernie Sanders state--he's a New Yorker.

I don't think our states up here would allow homeless people to camp on the streets and in public parks--I've never seen that at least, and I think around here they would build some sort of place for them to live and get counseling. I don't think vagrancy would be allowed and those homeless people have no right to camp in public parks. Parks are for everyone, not just homeless. We'd do something like set up modest housing for them with mandatory counseling. Or even bring back mental hospitals for the worse of them, with counseling, not just locking them up like the old mental hospitals did.
Since 2018 the 9 states that fall under the 9th Circuit (CA, AZ, NV, OR, WA, ID, MT, AK, HI) have been hampered by the Martin v. Boise decision.

By the time it's all said and done there would probably be about 1/2 to a dozen countries. Things are not as clear cut or black & white as things seem. Too many single issue voters/citizens. Too many different issues.

Texas, California, and Florida on their own might break up into several different countries. The Bay Area has nothing in common with the inland desert regions of California. El Paso and Houston are both in Texas. El Paso has more in common with New Mexico than it does with Houston. Northern and Southern Florida vary greatly. Miami has little in common with Jacksonville, other than having Republican mayors and being port cities.

New York, Michigan and Ohio have an umbilical cord to FL. Never happen. We have zero with Texas except two rouge governors who probably plot on the phone every night.
