You know, just because you don't like something, that doesn't make it fake news....right? I know that Trump really tried to push this idea that if you don't like something just call it fake, but it doesn't do any of us any favors.
How silly is this? Very, very silly. Many of us tolerated people being nasty, because we wouldn't afford to just quit our jobs, so boo-hoo-hoo for them.
Of course, we are talking about liberals. I didn't see anything about police reports, although I can't imagine what they might have done in this case.
Oh, come on, how "timely" is their complaint? They will be coming out of the woodwork with their stories with the mid-term coming up.
Life must be hard for the weak, but they need toughen up as things aren't going to get easier for anyone.
Although these two were being paid many are just volunteers, none of these lection workers should have to tolerate idiots claimed the election was unfair in spite of the fact their candidate lost 2-1. One was there for 18 years, one was there for two but they both had enough of these nonsensical fools.

Anyone whose name is in the news these days seem to get threats, no matter if it's due to politics or something else and no matter which side of the aisle they are on. They claim they'd received constant threats of a violent nature for 2 years. If that is true then there would have been arrests at some point over the past couple of years.

We don't know the details and the escalation of events but these people like their job, the fact that no one was arrested is irrelevant.

You cannot say something is irrelevant if, as you just said, the details and escalation of events is unknown.
That not one person had been arrested for making continuous violent threats over a two-year period is very telling.
Republicans face threats all the time form lefties. They just don’t complain about it like these people are. It’s not right but is part of public life. Extremists from both sides do it. Liberals have no moral high ground here.

There are many ways to threaten workers without being arrested, walking by their homes, social media, accusing them of undermining the votes. A pretty low bar claiming no one was arrested so they are overreacting.
What is the difference? That one person had a stable county job for 18 years and has to go job hunting now. Just an everyday person like you and me working at a job. You think this is ok?
Words have meaning. Being 'nasty' doesn't necessaarily convey a 'threat'.
If someone in a public facing job is so offended by 'nastiness' that they need to quit, them yep... I'm okay with it.

The things you mentioned (walking by homes, social media comments, etc.) on their own are not "continuous" "violent" "nasty" and "racist" threats.
